Approach

How we think and work

Construction isn't heroics — it's a system: clear principles, discipline in the small things, honest client relationships and a digital process where everything is visible. This page is what Northex quality stands on.

Principles we don't bend

There are only a few, and each is worth more than any single deal. Every one was earned on projects where we once saw what happens when it's done differently.

  1. 01

    Paper before concrete

We never start a site without working documentation and an estimate priced from specifications. Every "we'll sort it on site" costs ten times more than the same decision on paper — so we design before we build, not along the way.

  2. 02

    The estimate is a promise

The budget is fixed in the contract line by line; changes are priced and signed before the work starts. We have never issued a final invoice that came as a surprise.

  3. 03

Whoever builds never accepts their own work

Technical supervision is a separate role reporting directly to management. Concealed work is signed off against checklists with photo records — including work by our own crews.

  4. 04

The invisible matters more than the visible

Waterproofing, reinforcement, engineering — that is how a property lives for years. Beautiful finishes can be refreshed in a month; on hidden layers we never economise, even at a client's request.

  5. 05

Built for the climate, not from a catalogue

Tropical humidity, salt and ultraviolet test every material. We choose solutions by how they look after three years in Phuket, not on a supplier's picture.

Attention to detail is specifics

"Quality" is a word we back with verifiable actions. A few of the everyday ones:

  • Waterproofing is flood-tested for 24 hours — before any tile goes down
  • Every line in the distribution board is tested and labelled
  • Falls are checked with a level on every metre, never by eye
  • The site is cleaned every evening before the shift closes
  • Concealed work is photographed before the next layer covers it
  • Crew plans are issued in two languages — English and the workers’ native language
  • Furniture gets a second adjustment a month after installation
  • Every estimate line item is closed with a photo and passes acceptance
  • On request — final acceptance with instrumented checks

How we work with clients

Most of our clients live in other countries and see their project a few times in total. The relationship is built so that distance doesn't matter.

  • One contact for everything

The project engineer answers any question within a working day. Not "I'll check with the crew" and silence — one person with the full picture of your project.

  • The founder's direct number

Every client has Andrey's phone number. It's not a courtesy — it's part of the quality system: if something goes wrong, you can reach the very top in a minute.

  • Reports you never have to ask for

Photo reports and status updates arrive on schedule, not after reminders. Bad news comes from us first — together with the plan to fix it.

  • Honesty is cheaper than conflict

If there's a way to save without losing quality, we'll say so. If your idea will cause problems in a year — we'll say that too, before taking your money.

Transparency is a product, not a promise

Every company writes "transparency" on its website. We invested in making it software: our own digital client portal where every project lives — from the first survey to warranty requests.

Inside is everything that usually sinks into chats and a foreman's folders: the schedule and stage statuses, dated photo reports, payments and budget balances, decisions and documents. A project's history is never lost or rewritten after the fact — a year later you can still find who approved what, and when.

Only clients get portal access — each sees their own project and nothing else. It's a closed system, not a showcase.

Digital process

Your build, digitized

Our own ERP system runs the project from estimate to warranty — already holding 2,000+ photo reports and 1,000+ digitized payment documents. You see everything — from anywhere in the world.

  • Personalized reports

Your project's dashboard: statuses, finances and schedule on one screen.

  • Daily updates on Telegram

Every evening — what was done that day, with photos straight from the site.

  • Digital estimates

The estimate lives online: every line item is closed with a photo of the result and passes acceptance.

  • Receipts & work orders in the portal

Every material receipt is photographed and lands in your estimate — purchases are transparent to the line item.

  • Traceable history

Any piece of work can be traced back: who did what, and when.

  • Live camera on site

Site cameras stream your build live — look in on your project at any moment.

See how it works

We'll show you a live project and the client portal in person — before you make any decision.
