We collect only what we need to reply to your request. We do not sell data and send no newsletters.

Who we are
Northex is a construction company in Phuket, 10 Chaofa Rd, Mueang Phuket, Phuket 83000. We are responsible for the data you leave on northex.pro.

What we receive
From the form: your name, phone or WhatsApp, Telegram, email and your message. About the visit: the pages you viewed and where you came from. Your IP address is used only to protect the form from spam.

Why
To reply to your request, price the work and keep in touch about your property. Visit data shows us which ads and pages work.

Where it is stored
Your request goes to our Northex management system and to the person who will reply to you. The database is in Ireland. Only staff who handle requests have access.

Ads and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel. They set cookies and see your visit. If you came from an ad, we may tell the ad platform that a request was made. In that case we send your phone and email only in encrypted form (SHA-256 hash).

Cookies
You can turn off or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site and the request form work without them.

How long we keep it
While we discuss or carry out work on your property, and after handover while the warranty runs. On your request we delete or anonymise the data earlier, unless the law requires us to keep it.

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw consent or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp +66 64 917 0609 — we reply within 30 days.
