Banyan Tree Residences
Laguna, Phuket
Full renovation of a lagoon-front residence — from systems to final finishes.
We reworked the layout and every engineering system, rebuilt the wet areas and dressed the interior in a calm resort palette. The terrace got new decking and landscape lighting — the residence looks the way it did on the community's opening day.

Turnkey fit-out of a wellness villa in a resort community.
We worked with natural stone, teak and a complex roof geometry. Built-in furniture was made to fit on site, and the lighting follows scenes — from morning yoga to evening entertaining.

Pandora Residences
Rawai, Phuket
Refurbishment of sea-view luxury apartments.
We rebuilt the wet areas from scratch: new waterproofing, stone and sanitaryware. The terrace gained a jacuzzi and an outdoor lounge — now the apartment's favourite room.

Outdoor spaces for a private villa, built for the tropical climate.
We designed and built a terrace with an outdoor kitchen, refreshed the landscaping and exterior lighting. Materials were chosen for the rainy season — teak, porcelain stone and stainless fixings.
