Northex is a full-cycle construction company. One contractor answers for everything: design, construction, MEP, finishes and the warranty.

Frequently asked questions
How fast will you reply?
During working hours — within an hour on WhatsApp. Requests left in the evening or at night are handled first thing in the morning.
How much does it cost to build or renovate a villa?
It depends on the design, materials and the state of the house, so we give an exact price after a site survey, not over the phone. You get a ballpark in the first conversation and a line-by-line estimate with a schedule after the visit.
How much does an estimate cost?
The consultation and a first estimate are free. A detailed estimate with a schedule follows a site survey.
What if extra work turns up along the way?
We first show you what we found and tell you the price. The work starts only after your approval — in writing, on WhatsApp or in the app.
Can I manage the build if I am not in Phuket?
Yes. A photo report in the app every evening, the estimate and payments online, video calls with the site manager; on sites with a camera — a live view of the site.
How do payments work?
In stages written into the contract. You see every stage in the app with photos before you pay for it.
How do you check what ends up hidden?
Waterproofing, pipes and wiring are photographed before they are closed — the shots stay in the project history. Bathrooms and terraces are water-tested before tiling.
Who on site speaks my language?
The site manager speaks Russian and is on site every day. The foreman and crew speak English; crews also get their tasks in their native language.
What warranty do you give?
12 months on all work and 3 years on the waterproofing envelope and concealed MEP lines.
Do you build to someone else's design?
Yes — to your architect's design or ours: we do layouts, visualisations, working drawings and the estimate.
