Team
The people who build Northex
We don't assemble crews per project — we've spent years building and keeping a permanent team: engineers, foremen, craftsmen and a workshop. Here is who these people are, how long they've been in the trade, and exactly what each of them answers for on your project.
- 10–20years in the trade — our key masters
- 50+specialists in the team and partner pool
- 8disciplines covered in-house
- 45+completed projects — villas, residences, apartments
The team on site

Who the team is made of
Six groups that cover the full cycle — from the first survey to warranty service. Each has its own area of responsibility and its own years in the trade; on site they work as a single process. Engineers with 20–30 years of experience join the delivery of every project.
- 8–15 years in the trade
Project engineers
They run the project as a whole: schedule, budget, crew coordination and every decision along the way. Each has an engineering degree and at least five years of practice specifically in Thailand — local materials, codes and climate learned on sites, not from a textbook.
- One point of contact for the owner
- Project schedule and budget
- Coordination of all crews
- Reports in the digital dashboard
- 10–20 years in the trade
Foremen and finishing crews
The company's core — in-house demolition, concrete and finishing crews with their own foremen. People we've completed dozens of projects with: we know how each of them lays tile, and they know we'll check every corner with a level. Plans and daily tasks reach the crews in two languages — English and their own.
- Demolition and concrete works
- Plaster, screed, paintwork
- Tile, stone, flooring
- A foreman on site every day
- 7–15 years in the trade
MEP crews
Electricians, plumbers and air-conditioning installers — three separate units with their own leads. They build to the design and hand over systems pressure-tested, measured and documented — never "it switches on, good enough".
- Electrical and low-voltage
- Water supply and drainage
- Air conditioning and ventilation
- Commissioning and system passports
- 6–12 years in the trade
Furniture workshop
Our own production floor in Phuket: a production engineer, machine operators and installers. Kitchens, wardrobes and walk-ins are built in parallel with the site and arrive matched to its real geometry — to a two-millimetre tolerance.
- Precise on-site measurement
- Cutting, edging, drilling
- Installation and appliance cut-ins
- Adjustment a month later
- 8–14 years in the trade
Design group
A designer, a structural engineer and an estimator working on the project in parallel. What they produce isn't "pretty pictures" — it's working documentation and an estimate the crews can build from without phone calls and guesswork.
- Surveys and design project
- Working documentation
- Material specifications
- Detailed estimate
- 10–18 years in the trade
Supervision and quality control
A separate role reporting directly to management: signs off concealed work against checklists with photo records — including work by our own crews. At Northex, whoever builds never accepts their own work.
- Checklists for every stage
- Concealed work sign-off
- Photo records in the dashboard
- Final acceptance with instruments

Founder
Andrey Northex
Chief Executive Officer
Andrey started in Thailand with his own properties — renovating the villa his family lived in — and assembled a team of people he would trust with his own home. That principle hasn't changed: nobody works at Northex whom he wouldn't put on his own site.
Today his role is to hold the bar: he personally signs off every estimate, walks every site once a week and is the first to answer when something goes wrong. Every client of the company has Andrey's direct number — not as a courtesy, but as part of the quality system.
You can't hire a team — you can only grow one. We've spent years growing people you can trust with someone else's home.
