Roof, terrace or shower leaking? We find where the water comes from and fix it
A ceiling stain is usually far from the place where water gets into the house. So we look for the source, not paint over the mark.
We trace a leak along the path of the water: from the stain to the point where water enters the structure. Where needed, we open test points and test with water.
We fix the cause: relay the waterproofing, rebuild joints and falls, replace sealant and drains. Then we test the repaired detail with water again.
Two ways to start. By photos and video: send 3–5 photos of the stain and the area above it, and we'll tell you where to look. An on-site inspection is paid, and its cost is credited to the contract if we do the work.

Roof and roof joints
Where the roof meets walls and pipes, valleys, gutters. We find where water gets under the roofing.

Terrace above a room
A stain on the ceiling under a terrace or balcony. We check the waterproofing, the fall, the drain and the joint with the wall and the door sill.

Bathroom above a ceiling
A stain under a shower or bath. We check the floor waterproofing, the drain detail, the grout and the water pipes.

Windows and sliding doors
Water on the floor after driving rain. We check the drain holes in the frame, the sealant and the joints with the wall and floor.

Walls and facade
Damp, blistered paint, dark marks near the floor. We look for cracks in the render, open joints and rising damp from the foundation.

Air conditioners
The indoor unit drips, the wall under it gets wet. We check the condensate drain, the pipe fall and the tray.

Water at the foundation
After heavy rain, water stands at the house walls. We check the storm drains, the channels and the site falls away from the house.
