Pool repair
Is your pool losing water or dropping tiles? We find the cause and repair it
A pool in Phuket works all year under sun and heavy rain. A leak, loose mosaic or a noisy pump will not fix itself. The sooner we find the cause, the less we have to open up.

First we find the cause, then we price the repair. The estimate is line by line: what we do, with what, and what it costs.
We repair the shell and tiling, the overflow edge and gutter, the pipes and the pump room. The area around the pool too: tiles, decking and falls.
Two ways to start. By photos and video: send 3–5 photos of the pool and the pump room, and we'll tell you what to check first. An on-site inspection is paid, and its cost is credited to the contract if we do the work.
7 places we check
We start here: this is where a pool most often loses water and its looks.
- 01
Water loss from the shell
We compare the water loss with normal evaporation. This tells us if there is a leak and where to look: the shell, the pipes or the equipment.
- 02
Mosaic and tiles
Loose or cracked tiles, missing grout, sharp edges. We replace the tiling in one area or in full, with adhesive and grout made for constant water contact.
- 03
Overflow edge and gutter
Water spills over unevenly or misses the gutter. We check the edge level, the grilles and the gutter fall to the balance tank.
- 04
Fittings and pipes
Skimmers, return jets, the main drain and lights are common leak points. We check how the fittings join the shell and the pipes to the pump room.
- 05
Pump room and equipment
Pump, filter, controls. We look for leaks, rust and damp in the room, and check how the equipment works.
- 06
Shell waterproofing
If water escapes through the shell itself, we open the tiling in that area. We restore the waterproofing and test it with water before new tiling.
- 07
Pool surroundings
Slippery tiles, water at the house walls, dried-out decking. We lay anti-slip surfaces, set falls away from the house and replace the decking.
