It has one of the larger champagne and sparkling wine lists on the island. Many wines come by the glass.
The room is light: herringbone parquet, white tablecloths, red curtains and a red bar. Outside is a terrace with wicker furniture.
We renovated it to a design project. We started with marking out and pipes and finished with sofas and the clean-up.

Marking out to the plan. Water and drainage pipes, the kitchen included.

A new kitchen wall up to the ceiling. A serving hatch with a sill.

Walls and floor
Tiles, filler and paint. The facade, windows and doors.

Lighting and climate
Chandeliers, wall lights and lit bar shelves. Air conditioning and fans.

Terrace
A frame and timber deck, an awning, fans and outdoor lights.

Finishing touches
A swing door, staff lockers, sofas. Clean-up and waste removal.
