Phase 1 was completed in 2018, phase 2 in 2023. Today the developer calls it Laguna Parkside Residences.
The homes are modern, three storeys high, with panoramic windows. Inside the village there is a shared pool, a lawn park and a playground.
Residents can use the Laguna golf course and the residents' beach club.
