The land is large — about 600 rai. Only about 15% is built on. The rest is forest, lakes, a farm and a garden.
The villas have 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms, each with its own pool. The finishes use timber and stone, the layouts are open.
The Community House is open: a pool, a Technogym studio, clubs for children. JAMPA restaurant is next to it. A Clinique La Prairie resort is being built.
